• Mr. Nilesh Shah (Founder & CEO Swastik Computer Products) 

Coming from a small village in Vidarbha region of Maharashtra, Mr. Nilesh Shah founded this company in a small 50sq ft room in suburbs of Mumbai in 1989 with his brother Mr. Ketan Shah. From manually manufacturing each ribbon to delivering it to the customer & personally installing it to check the product’s quality, he has covered a lot of ground to bring the company at this stage.  His sharp acumen, quick decisions and vision to grow rapidly has brought this company to be among the top 3 in India.

• Mr. Ketan Shah (Co- Founder of ‘ami’ & CEO of Ajramar Computers) 

Ajramar Computers is a reputed name in printer consumables supplies known for genuine & high-quality products. With over 30 years of experience & his risk-taking abilities has brought the company to new heights. Today through Ajramar Computers, “ami” brand has reached almost each and every corner for India & neighboring countries.  With deep knowledge of toner cartridge quality, Mr. Ketan Shah has guided the company to use and distribute the best quality of products to customers.  

• Mr. Romik Shah (Head – Sales & Operations)

With second generation of entrepreneur taking important positions in company is the main reason of India rising as a new super power of the world. Mr. Romik Shah heads the Sales for the company. Being an IT engineer himself, Romik has launched a lot of new products and services.  The influx of young blood has also brought innovative techniques for sales, marketing as well as latest machinery for faster production lines & state of art R&D to test and launch new products.  

• Mrs. Krupali Shah (Head – Marketing & HR)

Again a second generation entrepreneur, Mrs Krupali handles all the marketing & advertising side for the company. Along with this, she is also responsible for employee development which is an important aspect of a company.

• Mr. Gajanan Raut (Head – Production)

With over 30 years of experience in the imaging industry, he has been the head of production since the very beginning. His knowledge about the product & skills to handles 100s of workers under him is the main reason why our company maintains almost zero-defect products. Quality is a forte that he has always focused on thereby meeting international standards & benchmark for all ‘ami’ products.

• Mr. Naresh Raut (Head – Dispatch & Logistics)

Timely & Safe delivery is as much important as the quality of products. Mr. Naresh ensures that the right people receive the material at right time. He also ensures that the packaging is done in such a way that it reaches the customer without any damage.
